  9. In the event of a dispute, each party is obliged to reach an agreement and inform about the further steps taken.

  2. Services are provided on-line or face-2-face.

  3. The services are provided in two languages - Polish or English.

  4. Orders placed through the Website are understood as an offer to buy a specific service, on the terms specified in the description of the service.

  5. By deciding on the service and making the payment, the Service Recipient accepts the regulations and privacy policy.

  6. The prices of the services offered by the Website are net prices expressed in Polish zlotys or British pounds and do not include VAT.

  7. The Service Provider may choose the currency in which the Service Recipient is obliged to make the payment.

  8. The Service Provider starts working after receiving full payment for the service.

  9. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the prices of services on offer, introduce new services to the offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns and make changes to them.

  10. After agreement, The Service Provider may add additional costs resulting from accompanying costs (such as transport, purchase of a server or subscription to a streaming platform, travel, rental of a training room, rental of a projector, coffee break, notebooks for participants, etc.) 

  11. A UK receipt is issued with every order, VAT free.

  12. The proof of sale is sent by e-mail to the Service Recipient, after paying for the service and indicating the e-mail address.

return, cancellation or rescheduling of services

  1. The entire offer of the Website and services offered by the Service Provider, after their payment, are not refundable or conditions changeable, unless previously agreed otherwise.

  2. Cancellations made by the Service Recipient will not be refunded.

  3. ​Changing the date of the agreed or paid online service by the Service Recipient must take place at least two hours before the scheduled meeting. Otherwise, you may not be able to reschedule.

  4. The rescheduling of the agreed or paid fixed-line service by the Service Recipient must take place at least seven days before the scheduled meeting. Otherwise, it may not be possible to change the date, moreover, the Service Provider may charge the Recipient with additional costs resulting from possible fees related to the service.

  5. In exceptional situations, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to perform the service, withdraw from the contract, cancel the agreed and paid service, and change the date of the agreed or paid service.

payment

  1. All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Payments for orders placed on the website www.marcinsiwicki.com may be finalized by the Service Recipient by: ​

    • Bank transfer

      • ING Bank ÅšlÄ…ski in Polish currency (PLN)

      • Monzo Bank in British currency (GBP)

    • in special cases and with the consent of the Service Provider, payment is possible via PayPal or Revolut, however, it involves additional fees on the part of the Service Recipient, related to transaction costs depending on the price list of third parties.

  3. Payment should be made at least 48 hours before the agreed service. Until then, the service is booked but not confirmed.
